I love the interactive subtitles. You can choose to have them showing in Italian, English, both, or none. You can select auto-pause so that the video pauses after each caption so you can practice it.
You can easily click back to the previous caption or click forward to the next caption. On the right sidebar, the entire dialogue is scrolling and you can click anywhere on that and go back to that caption. Or you can expand the show to fit the entire screen without the side bar.
The words are color coded so that you can tell what part of speech they are by checking the grammar index.
If you hover your mouse over the word you can see the translation or click on it to add it to your flashcards.
Feature #3: Built-In Flashcards and Quizzes
When you start a new show, you are asked if you want to add 20 preselected vocabulary words. Or you can skip the suggested ones and add vocabulary as you encounter them.
Everytime you don’t know a word just click it and it adds to your deck. You can also unclick it if you make a mistake.
From time to time it will ask if you want to take a quiz or keep watching. Or you can click to take a quiz anytime.
You can go to your library to see all your words and your progress.

Another feature I love is progress and streaks. Every day begins with a new 7 minute goal. Perfect for learning a handful of new words!
